The QC-106 6" Flexible Qwik Cap is a removable elastomeric cap designed for sealing the open end of 6-inch nominal piping in non-pressurized systems. Compatible with cast iron (CI), plastic (PL), steel (STL), and copper (COP) piping, this cap provides a reliable mechanical seal in temporary or permanent termination scenarios.

Molded from elastomeric polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and secured with a stainless steel clamp, the cap resists corrosion and accommodates slight dimensional variations across pipe materials. It is designed for use in drain, waste, and vent (DWV) applications and is particularly effective in maintenance, testing, and cleanout isolation procedures.

Installation Guidelines

No special tools are required beyond a flat-head screwdriver or nut driver. Technical Note
