This model features a chloramine- and chlorine-resistant EPDM inner core reinforced with a stainless steel braid for pressure and thermal stability. The SharkBite end is compatible with copper, CPVC, PEX, and PE-RT piping and can be installed on wet lines, making it suitable for both new installations and system replacements.
