Harris 0620F1 0 Phos-Copper Brazing Alloy – 1/8" x 20" Sticks

The Harris 0620F1 is a low-cost, phosphorus-bearing copper brazing alloy designed for joining copper-to-copper without the need for external flux. It contains 0% silver and is primarily used in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems where pressure ratings permit its application.

This brazing alloy offers a solidus temperature of 1190°F (643°C) and a liquidus temperature of 1495°F (813°C), with a working brazing range of 1325°F to 1500°F (720°C to 815°C). It is commonly used in situations with moderate joint clearance and does not require flux on copper joints, as the phosphorus content provides internal fluxing action during brazing.
